This feature enables seamless third-party calendar syncing and efficient management of meeting data.

- Automatic Syncing: The system automatically fetches and syncs meeting data from linked calendars.
- Meeting Data: All meeting details, such as attendees and times, are synchronized.
- Accurate Updates: The integration keeps meeting information up-to-date on the user’s calendar.
Chrome Extension Development
This feature streamlines event and attendee management, automates post-meeting tasks, and ensures secure, seamless API integration.
- Fetch Attendee Data: Extension retrieves attendee details from the calendar after the meeting.
- Process Data: Processes attendee data for tasks like verifying attendance and handling follow-up actions.
- Track Status: Monitor attendee participation (e.g., present, absent, late).

AI & API Integrations for Attendee Identification
We leveraged Gemini AI and Clearbit APIs for predicting person and company names.
- AI-Powered Prediction: The Gemini AI APIs automatically predict the names of meeting attendees based on their email addresses.
- Streamlined Connection Requests: This automation speeds up the process of connection by providing the names in advance.
- Increased Efficiency: The feature saves time and reduces errors associated with manually identifying participants.
- Clearbit API: It identifies the company name associated with an email address’s domain.
- Accuracy and Reliability: The system ensures accurate company data, which is used for primary company identification.
- Fallback with AI-Generated Data: If Clearbit fails to retrieve the company name, the system automatically uses an AI-predicted name.
LinkedIn Integration & Connection Management
LinkedIn integration enables automated connection requests, status tracking, and management with customization for premium users.
- LinkedIn Search: Fetches attendee details and searches LinkedIn via native APIs.
- Automated Requests: Sends connection requests to the top three search results.
- Real-Time Sync: Tracks and updates request statuses on the dashboard.
- Connection Tracking: Monitor request status (accepted, pending, withdrawn) with real-time dashboard updates.
- Automated & Manual Withdrawal: Auto-withdraw unaccepted requests after 30 days or withdraw manually via the dashboard.
- Premium Customization: Premium users can personalize greeting and note messages in connection invites.

The dashboard interface gives users complete control over managing their connection requests, customizing messages, and viewing real-time updates of their networking activities.
- Centralized Dashboard: Manage LinkedIn connection requests and view real-time updates in one place.
- Smart Scheduling : Automate invites 10 minutes before or after meetings based on user preferences.
- Secure & Scalable: Email/password authentication with session management, backed by MySQL for data storage.
- Weekly Summary: Track networking efforts with a weekly dashboard report on pending and successful connections.
- Real-Time Updates: View live status of pending and successful connection requests.
- Automated Alerts: Get notified when requests are sent, accepted, or withdrawn.
