Front-End Development with ReactJs

Our team developed a dynamic user interface using ReactJs. Its component-based architecture and virtual DOM (Document Object Model) ensured fast performance and scalability. We used an Amazon S3 Bucket to store and serve images.

Core Modules & User Roles

We developed core user modules for managing property types like Land, Estates, and Home Designs, with multi-role functionality, and refined admin capabilities.

  • Implemented multi-role functionality for six user types: Super Admin, Developers, Builders, Agencies, Agents, and End Users.
  • Introduced a role-based access control system to manage permissions.
  • Ensured each user type has access only to specific modules according to their role.

Super Admin Panel

  • Introduced a Super Admin panel to enhance admin capabilities.
  • Enables oversight of all platform operations.
  • Admin can approve or reject onboarding requests.
  • Provides control over subscription management.
  • Supports report generation for leads, activities, and system performance.

Advanced Listings and Filters

We implemented property listings categorized by cities and states, with advanced filtering and search capabilities to refine searches by location, size, price, and other key parameters.

Normal Users

  • Normal users can sign up and browse the platform without a subscription.
  • They can save their favorite properties for easy reference.
  • Users can submit inquiries directly about properties they are interested in.

Agencies, Builders, and Developers

  • Agencies, Builders, and Developers can manage property listings (create, update, delete, and archive).
  • They can track leads using a lead management system.
  • They can manage their accounts, profiles, and subscription plans.

Agents

  • Agents can manage their assigned property listings (create, update, delete).
  • They can update and manage their accounts and profiles.
  • Agents can track leads for the properties assigned to them.
